Address cleansing saves you money on postage by not mailing to outdated addresses. You can’t get paid if your customer has moved and you don’t have the new address. With the USPS' National Change of Address ('NCOA') service, your mail will be automatically printed with any new addresses for undelayed bill delivery and you'll get an Address Change Report to update your billing records. Our Bad Address Report helps you find and correct records which have invalid mailing addresses according to the USPS.

Available for all your critical communications, SmartStatus allows you to track your statements from the initial acceptance at the post office to final delivery. SmartStatus enables your staff to pre-plan follow up calls knowing when the mail piece was delivered. With SmartStatus, all mail is printed with a bar code that displays the destination as the item moves through the USPS system. The mail piece is scanned several times along the route, until the last USPS office scans the piece. SmartStatus information is available on the SmartPortal dashboard. Billers tell us they can now easily obtain delivery information to take proactive action on their accounts.
